The same weekend as the Ornament Exchange we also celebrated Miller's first birthday. Miller turned one on December 11th, and his party was a little challenging cause he really isn't into anything but balls. And while I am happy he is going to grow up to be into sports... it makes it hard to figure out what to do for a 1 year olds birthday party. So I decided to try something round that would be good for his age group and I decided on Elmo.
Miller didn't have any problems knowing what to do. He immediatly dug right into the cake.
The end results looked like a murder had occured in the house. There was even a red smeared hand print on the floor for the added touch. 
After cleaning up Miller got to open his gifts and him and Pierce had a great time playing with the new toys. It was a fun day
